Buggycise

 

 

Buggycise is an outdoor fitness class for mums and babies in Chamonix.  All you need is yourself, a buggy and your baby! Buggycise is a safe and effective total body workout for post-natal mums looking to improve core strength, cardiovascular fitness and tone following the birth of your baby.  It’s a great opportunity to meet other mums in a relaxed, fun environment!

  • Improve flexibility, posture and muscular endurance
  • No childcare needed - bonus!

All mums, babies & toddlers are welcome following sign off by your doctor (norally at 6 weeks or 12 weeks if you have had a caesarian). You just need a buggy/pram to keep your child safe in for the session. A health questionnaire will need to be completed on your first session so please arrive ten minutes prior to complete this. All equipment provided.  Please bring some water and wear suitable clothing/footwear

 

 

 

Kettlercise™

Kettlercise™ is a group fitness class that incorporates the use of a kettlebell, training in a friendly group atmosphere. Kettlercise™ is carried out using lighter weights and is set out in a non-stop routine that will work every single muscle in your body to ensure you burn away fat, tone up, improve core stability and dramatically improve endurance. 

This class is unrivalled when it comes to producing results and whatever you're current fitness level or ability you will be sure to find Kettlercise™ fun yet challenging.  It is a three in one workout incorporating CARDIO, WEIGHT and CORE training.

This class is designed to give an all over full body toning and aerobic experience whilst enjoying the fresh air of the mountains. The class is set to cater for all fitness levels, easier and harder alternatives will be given to every exercise whilst attaining the added motivation that group exercise creates.
