The ‘Well Being and Vitality’ week is a holistic approach to cater for everyone seeking to improve their overall health and fitness levels. This is delivered through a mix of fun activities, healthy eating and plenty of relaxation time.
Hannah hosts this unique, high quality Wellness week using her experience of over 10 years of working at Champneys Health Farm, BUPA Wellness as a Exercise physiologist and most recently Fitness coaching in the French Alps. Hannah specialises in Personal training, Group Exercise, Weight management and Massage Therapy.
The ‘Well Being and Vitality week’ is an ideal opportunity to have some time out to re engage with your Physical and Mental wellbeing. Hannah will be on hand to guide, coach, inspire and motivate you throughout the week. You will leave this week feeling energised and have a fresh perspective to help you achieve your personal Health and Fitness goals.
All this in the beautiful location of Chamonix, at our luxurious Chalet Chamarel in Les Houches,
Commencing with a comprehensive one to one fitness assessment, a programme is tailor-made to meet your fitness goals.
Each day offers a variety of activities comprising of both active and relaxing sessions, informative talks, encompassing a wide variety of exercises. These include: cardio vascular, strength and conditioning workouts, guided walking and Hikes, cycling and Yoga.
After your exertions, healing spa treatments – Choose from a Deep Tissue Massage, relaxing massage or Hot Stone therapy to help to knead away your aching muscles, leaving your body charged up ready for more. All of this activity is supported by healthy, nutritious food to properly fuel your body. Leaving you feeling Energised and Revitalised for the next day.
Whatever your fitness level, shape or size. This wellness week is an opportunity to re engage with yourself and your health.

You will be staying at the Luxury chalet Chamarel your stay will include:
• all training, as shown on the schedule
• all facilities and equipment, unless otherwise indicated
• 4-6 nights accommodation in a luxury chalet with shared and private rooms available
• full board, with healthy and nutritious food, including a breakfast, lunch and
• dinner, except for dinner on the last night when we eat out
• training snacks and drinks
• a one-to-one personal fitness assessment with goal setting
• use of spa facilities at the chalet
• 30 minute massage with our local sports masseuse
• transfers to and from the airport
• all local transport

Hannah Fletcher is a Level 4 Specialist Exercise Instructor and has been an Exercise Physiologist and Coach working in Corporate and Community health and fitness for many years. She has experience working as a Health Advisor for BUPA Wellness in London providing Personal, Group Exercise and Wellness solutions to clients of all fitness levels.
Hannah more recently works as a Health and Fitness coach in Chamonix in the French Alps specialising in Personal Training, Group Exercise, Health and Fitness Assessments, Cardiac Rehabilitation and Massage.
Her passion for sport started at a young age playing tennis at County Level for Leicestershire. This passion continued through her academic life going on to study a Bsc Hons degree in Sports Science with Coaching.
Hannah loves the outdoors and enjoys motivating others through activity and has always had a passion for promoting health through fun activities. Hannah enjoys living and working in the mountains and also loves travel.

Our Fitness Holidays are held in the magnificent and luxurious Chalet Chameral, overlooking the beautiful mountains in Chamonix bringing the mountains to your doorstep.
Chalet Chamarel underwent a complete renovation in 2012 and now provides wonderfully contemporary accommodation for 8 guests and has been designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
With complimentary Wi-Fi throughout, the chalet is arranged over 3 floors and comprises 3 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the top floor, an en suite bunk room with a mezzanine for twin/superking beds on the first floor, and a further double bedroom with en suite bathroom on the ground floor.
The open plan living area takes up most of the first floor and comprises a fully fitted and equipped Italian kitchen with an integrated six burner/double oven range, an oak dining table for 10 – 12 people, a wood burning Stûv fireplace and a TV snug area complete with a 55” Samsung Smart TV with Kef/Pioneer surround sound system, DVD/Blu-Ray and Sky+ HD facilities. There is also a study area with Mac computer for guest use and an honesty bar and a separate cloakroom on this floor.
On the ground floor, in addition to the fifth bedroom, there is a home theatre room complete with a 65” Samsung Smart TV with Kef/Pioneer surround sound system, DVD/Blu-Ray and Sky+ HD facilities and plenty of games to keep the children occupied. There is also a large heated boot room with laundry facilities and a separate ski/snowboard rack area.
Outside, there is a spacious deck area with an inset 4 Seasons hot tub for 6 – 7 people with mood lighting and a Bluetooth connection for iPod so you can listen to your favourite tunes whilst looking at the stunning view of the Dome du Goûter and Aiguille du Midi. There is ample private parking available.
We have an in-house cook who prepares the menu according to the retreat trainer’s and a nutritionist’s specifications, to ensure you eat food suitable to your goals.
All of the food is sourced locally and cooked freshly so we can cater for any dietary requirement and give you a taste of France!
On a full-board basis we provide;
Breakfast; a continental buffet-style breakfast every morning with fresh fruit and muesli. We also provide a cooked option most mornings such as boiled or scrambled eggs or buckwheat pancakes.
Lunch; if you are in the chalet, lunch is usually a salad or buffet style affair with local produce. If you are out and about, we provide you with a healthy packed lunch to keep you going for the afternoon.
Dinner; dinner usually includes a starter, main course and occasionally a pudding. Wine is available from our honesty bar. Our menus include items such as fresh melon and raspberry coulis, followed by grilled spicy, salmon on a bed of fresh spinach and brown rice, followed by fresh fruit.
We also provide training snacks and drinks whilst you are training.
Please note; we are not a boot camp, we believe your diet should suit your lifestyle and training.

Multiple daily flights from all UK airports (EasyJet, BA, Swiss) run at about 100 GBP or less return
We have a private vehicle to transport you to and from the airport and for the local transfers, as per the schedule. For additional journeys we charge local transport rates.
The accommodation is as stated on the information pages. Towels and bedding are provided. Please check the chalet facilities for information about the spa facilities.
Please check for each individual camp with regards to the recommended fitness levels for each week.
The weather in autumn can range from 18-30′c during the day. However, we are in the mountains so we recommend warm and wet weather clothing for both training and relaxing.
